A delicate aroma, sweet and fruity. An intense body; and a pleasant tang to the taste, with sensations of liquorice, sweetness and with a final hint of fruits.
Santos Florita Dulce
A very fine and full aroma, reminiscent of toasted bread and fine cacao. A pleasant drink with a uniform and soft taste, and no sensorial peak. A slight, perceptible, and pleasant tang. A delicate and pleasant aftertaste, leaving a sensation of palatal freshness.
Mexico Maragogype
A high aromatic impact with a hint of fruits and hazelnuts, not very tangy, good body, harmonious and persistent aftertaste, with a round but not overwhelming taste.
Ethiopia Sidamo
A pleasant tang, a distinct fruity taste of apricot and spices. Excellent structure and compactness. Persistent aftertaste.
Ethiopia Harrar
An unmistakable taste hailing slightly to the flowery, which tends to be called "winy". Full body and not at all tangy. A soft flavour with a hint of the wild. Not a predominant aftertaste, but with the fine flavour of coffee.
Kenia AA
A delicious aroma hailing to toasted bread, sweetness, caramel and with a hint of citrus fruits. A sweet, syrupy coffee. It has a full, round and persistent aftertaste.
Kopi Toraya
A particular aroma, hard to describe. Sweet, similar to wild flowers with a musky, chocolate fragrance.
Haiti XXXXX
A strong aroma, full of fragrance. Of the multitude of sensations vanilla prevails, closely followed by flavours that range from chocolate to caramel. A sweet drink but with a distinct tang that easily dominates the other flavours.
Santo Domingo AAA
Superb and fragrant flowery-fruity aroma, with a hint of citrus fruits, caramel and jasmine. A marked and rich but well-balanced flavour.
Malabar
A pleasing bouquet ranging from freshly cut flowers and chocolate to tobacco. A mainly sweet, quality flavour. Fine body, with a slight and persistent tang. Particularly balanced, with a truly unique aftertaste.
ROBUST
Java WIB I
Very dark, full-bodied coffee, almost dense, with a pleasant flavour, never aggressive but with a scent of fine woods and spices, leaving a chocolatey aftertaste. A soft aftertaste on the whole, while still distinctly intense on the palate.
Monsoned
Characteristic, strong and persistent aroma. It has a slightly woody, grassy and delicately spicy aroma. A strong and robust coffee, full-bodied and rich. It gives you the full taste of its brew, typical of Indian coffees.
Ivory Coast
You'll have you're attention captured by the immediate sensations it offers the palate, indisputably soft tending towards the intense, medium-bodied. The fibrous-earthy hint left after tasting is for real connoisseurs: a robust African flavour that emerges, to be taken for what it is.

Excellent quality, a synthesis of aroma and flavour, with a hint of bitter almonds and hazelnuts. |
