The heart of the question
From as far back as 1950 our artisan passion has always brought us to the heart of the question, the coffee bean. We visit the plantations directly in the places of production, gathering only the best fruits, controlling the quality of the beans and the type of process, testing the samples every day to guarantee that aroma and flavour will always meet the traditions and standards of research of ABC.
We mix various varieties of coffee from different zones to obtain rich and fragrant blends with integrated characteristics that compliment each other.
This procedure, which is completely natural, guarantees the blend a constant flavour and consistency, releasing the fragrance of the coffee bean and expressing all of its fine quality and body.
Every year the coffee must pass through thousands of checks and tasting from the producer countries to the factories, before being roasted. Then the raw coffee beans are selected, ready to acquire sweetness and flavour.
Roasting is done using a separate slow procedure at 200/220 ° C and lasts for 20/25 minutes: the result is a blend of a uniform colour, pleasing to the eye and with the best homogenization of aromas and well-balanced tastes.
Lastly, the coffee is packed with the greatest care to guarantee the perfect preservation the flavours until the best by date.the flavours until the best by date.
